ONE OF Ireland's most revered artists has teamed up with two other big music names to release a brand-new song.
Dubliner Imelda May and Noel Gallagher of Oasis fame have just released a brand-new rock-n-roll duet featuring Rolling Stones member Ronnie Wood on guitar-- and the result is just about as impressive as you'd imagine.
The just-released single 'Just One Kiss' is taken from Imelda May's forthcoming studio album '11 Past the Hour', and is an explosive look into what to expect from her sixth album.
May and Gallagher's voices complement each other in such a way in the energetic, sensual song that it seems strange the two had never collaborated before now-- but good things come to those who wait.
Gallagher brought his "great vibe and kick-ass voice" to the track after the pair, who have been friends for years, began texting during the lockdown, May revealed.

It’s infectious. He’s fast, really on-the-ball, and he knows intuitively when something is working."
'11 Past the Hour' promises to be a record which "brims with sensuality, emotional intelligence, spirituality and intuition" resulting in "an invigorating blast of rock’n’roll, with a purpose".
Set for release on 23 April 2021, the album features collaborations with Miles Kane and contributions from feminist activists such as Gina Martin and Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu, as well as the legendary Woods and Gallagher.
Imelda said: "11 Past the Hour’ is my truth.
"I always write with meaning and from my heart as that’s the reason I write, to connect with my own story at each particular moment and I hope therefore I connect with others during theirs, even if just for a while.
